His responsibilities encompass strategic tax advisory, financial management, and corporate compliance, serving as General Secretary of Zuberi Welfare Trust. Syed Sibtey Asif Naqvi

Director – Taxation

Syed Sibtey Asif Naqvi (Advocate) is the Director of Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes) at Plus Consultants, with a career in taxation since 1994. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and fellow member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association, Sindh Bar Council, and Karachi Bar Association, he holds an MBA in Finance & Banking and an LLB. His expertise includes strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for diverse clients. Serving as Deputy Treasurer of Shahwilayat Education Trust, Sibtey's leadership and commitment to excellence make him a cornerstone of the firm's tax department.

Muhammad Saleem (CISA) (CIA) (FPA) (FCMA) (FCIS) is a high-profile finance, accounting and auditing professional with around 30 years of experience in various corporate organisations. Extensive experience in finance, cost and management accounting. Also experienced in developing and implementing policies and procedures, with skills in managing technology systems. His experience as a CFO, Chief Internal Auditor and Head of Business for top companies makes him a valuable asset for the firm.

Muhammad Waqas Ashraf

Director – Advisory

Muhammad Waqas Ashraf is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. He has also completed a Master's in Commerce from the University of Karachi. He has held key managerial positions in different sectors. He served as Chief Financial Officer at a public limited company. He has also provided his services to an advertising agency in the capacity of Director. In late 2017, he was appointed as Director at a public limited company listed with the Pakistan Stock Exchange. His professional experience also includes his contribution to the Pakistan Stock Exchange in devising different policies. He has been associated with our firm since March 2018.

Fida Hussain

Senior Manager – Taxation

A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA), Fida has built an accomplished career in tax practice since 2010. He holds an MBA in Finance, APFA, ACPAP, is a CMA Finalist, and an Advocate. With over sixteen years of experience spanning tax advisory, corporate compliance, legal research, and dispute resolution, Fida previously served as Deputy Manager – Indirect Tax at a leading CA firm and as Manager Tax in a large service-sector organisation, advising on Sales Tax, Federal Excise Duty, Provincial Sales Tax, and direct tax matters. His deep understanding of tax law enables him to provide clients with holistic, commercially focused guidance, particularly in appellate proceedings, tax planning, and regulatory compliance, making him a cornerstone of the firm.

Owais Kamal Siddiqui serves as the Manager of Taxation (Income Tax) at Plus Consultants, with a robust career in taxation and accounting since 2011. A Registered Income Tax Practitioner and fellow member of the Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA), he holds an MBA in Accounting & Finance. Sabeeh Mustafa Zubairi serves as Assistant Manager – Indirect Taxes at Plus Consultants. In practice since 2019, he is a Registered Income Tax Practitioner and KTBA member, holding a BS in Accounting & Finance while pursuing ACCA.
